Pristine by Zoya is a nine-storey residential building under development in Al Furjan, Jebel Ali District, Dubai. The project is being developed by Zoya One Real Estate Developments. Pristine by Zoya will comprise a mix of one- , two- and three-bedroom apartments. The project was launched with an installment plan allowing investors to pay 20% as a deposit on booking, 30% during the construction phase, 10% upon handover of the property and 40% over a set period of time after handover.
